Terms & License

24 Hour Turnaround Time

You will have received by email a download link for your photos within 24 hours of your shoot Guaranteed. Real estate videos, print materials, YouTube Videos, Matterport 3D, music production and custom website delivery times may vary – please consult your Boot Up Branding Solutions representative for an accurate timeframe.

Cancellation Policy

Because your time is important we promise to both finish and be there on time. In return we ask that you respect our time and provide us with a minimum of 24 hours if you need to cancel or reschedule.
If an appointment is canceled without 24 hours notice – a cancellation fee of up to 50% will be added to your final invoice.
Exceptions will be made for extraordinary circumstances.

Photoshop Work Included

All packages include professional color correction and sky replacement (photos only) to ensure that your product looks their best. However this does not include removal of defects, addition of furniture or any other work to alter what was actually there, but if you need it we can provide it.

Out of Town Fees

We do provide our services outside of the Calgary area as well, but we charge extra for travel

Payment

An invoice will be emailed upon delivery of the service. Payments can be made online with most major credit cards, google pay, Interac E-Transfer or by cheque.
A late fee of 25% will automatically be charged to any past due invoices.
