You will have received by email a download link for your photos within 24 hours of your shoot Guaranteed. Real estate videos, print materials, YouTube Videos, Matterport 3D, music production and custom website delivery times may vary – please consult your Boot Up Branding Solutions sales representative for an accurate timeframe.

Because your time is important we promise to both finish and be there on time. In return we ask that you respect our time and provide us with a minimum of 24 hours if you need to cancel or reschedule.
If an appointment is canceled without 24 hours notice – a cancellation fee of up to 50% will be added to your final invoice.
Exceptions will be made for extraordinary circumstances.

An invoice will be emailed upon delivery of the service. Payments can be made online with most major credit cards, google pay, Interac E-Transfer or by cheque.
A late fee of 25% will automatically be charged to any past due invoices. 

All photography and videography products listed on this page come with one non-transferable license which allows you to use photography, videography and any other visual material for the purposes of marketing a residential property for rent or sale. 

The term of each license, whereby the property is, or will be listed for sale with a professional real estate agent, will be for the term of the corresponding listing agreement. If the listing agreement expires or is cancelled, so shall the usage license. In the event that a new listing agreement is entered by the same real estate agent and same property owner, the usage license term shall also be automatically renewed.

The term of the license, whereby the property is, for sale by owner, or will be listed for rent by the owner or their agent, will be for 99 years, or until the ownership of the property changes.

Otherwise, all photography and videography remains the intellectual property of Boot Up Branding Solutions Ltd.

Licenses are not transferable in any form.
